Remdal’s employee based painters are also qualified to operate and set up swing stages, boom lifts, scaffolding, pressure washers, sandblasters, and bosun’s chairs. We can add style to your commercial business and turn it into a one-of-a-kind location that is all your own. All of our projects are completed based on your schedule, budget and vision. We are meticulous about our work, so you’ll definitely be happy with the final result.
Your painting contract includes a two-year labour and materials warranty. We present you with a certificate when we finish your project. We stand behind the quality of our work. The warranty is far more than just a piece of paper to us.
We make sure to contact you before the warranty expires (this is usually the second spring after completion). This is to schedule a Warranty Review of your project. This is a significant part of Remdal taking responsibility for the painting maintenance of your property.
We want to make sure that our work stands the test of time. So, one of our representatives will conduct a careful inspection of your property. If there are issues (which is rare but can happen) rest assured that it will be taken care of promptly.

This tenant improvement commercial lobby renovation included replacement of veneer wall panels with Bodaq Architectural Film, commercial interior painting, metal service door & trim repainting, as well as painting parkade foyers and loading bays. The commercial building owner wanted to refresh the building entry points for this higher-end, professional office building in the Vancouver Westside’s Broadway corridor. Our Remdal crews were able to perform most of the work after hours and on weekend shifts minimizing tenant disruption. Client was very happy and has since scheduled several more areas for renovation & repair.
Scope of Work:
This architecturally stunning property in Vancouver’s Shaughnessy neighbourhood faced a range of maintenance challenges with its exterior surfaces including: concrete repairs, painting of concrete, sealants, and more. Our Remdal crew worked extremely hard getting around the various elevations mostly via ladders. Council & owners were very, very happy with our crews and the amazing work they completed to help their building look amazing again.

The owners of this beautiful Kitsilano rental apartment building invested in this commercial exterior painting project to help recapture it’s gorgeous curb appeal. The photos show the street view from before and the bright, new appearance upon completion.

Our Remdal team did an amazing job revitalizing and refreshing the exterior of this West End rental apartment building. The project included recoating all exterior concrete surfaces, balcony ledges, metal railing & fence repainting, hazmat abatement precautions, sealant renewals and minor repairs. The result is beautiful and residents can enjoy it for many years to come.

This collection of 58 townhomes in Vancouver’s Killarney neighbourhood had many challenges with its exterior including wood rot, lead paint and asbestos in sealants. Thanks to a thorough hazmat abatement and painting project, the owners can enjoy the beauty of their homes with peace of mind.

This 40-unit, 3 level townhouse complex in Vancouver’s River District, needed a face-lift due to the faded blue and red wood siding. The new coat of paint not only added beauty to the homes but also provided extra protection for the wood exterior from high moisture blown in from Fraser River.

The interior of this modern 28 story high-rise in downtown Vancouver needed repainting and revitalization but without disrupting the owners’ busy lives. With attentive project management, owners were able to maintain their regular routines as the building received care and attention. This project brought back the building’s striking design elements and also included new hallway carpeting.

The Remdal team worked closely with ownership and their building engineer to ensure the safety of everyone involved, and provide owners peace of mind about their building for many years to come.

This great, historic apartment building overlooking Davie Street in Vancouver’s eclectic West End required an exterior refresh and concrete repairs. The ownership group invested in a building envelope renewal & restoration project that included exterior painting, concrete repair, and haz mat abatement precautions. The Remdal team worked closely with ownership and the tenants to ensure the safety of everyone involved, and provide owners peace of mind about their building for many years to come.
Scope of Work:
Starting in early 2020 through into mid 2021, our Remdal team lead by project manager, Carrie Spencer, partnered with Van Den Kerkhof & Son Masonry under the direction of Heatherbrae Builders, and a team of engineers, architects, and a heritage consultant, to restore the St. Andrews Wesley United Church.
This heritage restoration and seismic upgrade was extensive. Remdal’s primary role was to complete the heritage finishes on the newly upgraded interior of the church.
The project was an overwhelming success for the entire project team as well as the Church and their congregation.
Heritage BC awarded this project the 2021 Outstanding Conservation Award.
