Each project includes a Remdal foreman on-site, dedicated to overseeing the process and guaranteeing a superior final result. You’ll quickly notice that we take pride in every project we undertake. All our painting projects come with a two-year labour and materials warranty. Once the project is completed, you’ll receive a certificate of completion. Our proactive approach includes checking in with you to ensure our work continues to meet your expectations.
To maintain our high standards, we also schedule a Warranty Review of your project, typically during the second spring after completion. A Remdal representative will carefully inspect your property, and if any issues arise, we’ll address them promptly to ensure the quality you expect is upheld.

This 158-unit, 3-level townhouse complex in Westwood Plateau needed targeted wood repairs during our full exterior repaint project. A full repaint of all siding and trim helped renew the beauty of these homes for their owners.
Scope of Work:
This commercial retail property needed to address its exterior walls as well as various metal awnings and sections of corrugated metal. Since it’s home to a number of different businesses, the crew took care to accommodate surrounding business and minimize disruption. The project was successful and the client has since requested proposals for several other properties.
Scope of Work:
This was an amazing, interior design upgrade & lobby renovation project across four modern west coast designed buildings in Coquitlam. It was much more than a simple re-painting job. With such a large scope, it allowed us to utilize four of our multi-talented Remdal crews to deliver a beautiful result. Interior design & colour consultation with our trusted partners helped with carpet tile selection & replacement, strata repainting with significant colour change and much more. This was completed over just a few short months and project managed by our Remdal team. Now, the over 200 strata owners have gained a renewed pride of ownership from the refreshed look and feel of their buildings’ interior common areas.
Scope of Work:
This beautiful 169-unit townhouse complex in Coquitlam needed to repaint their exterior trim and architectural features. They initially considered phasing the project over multiple years, but in the end decided to complete everything in one go. (No small feat given the number of units!)
After a slow start to our spring (weather related), Remdal’s amazing crew worked quickly and efficiently to complete the project with excellence. Not only did we meet (and exceed) the client’s ambitious schedule, but their feedback at the end was overwhelmingly positive.
