We will schedule a Warranty Review of our project (typically during the second spring after substantial completion).

The exterior of this luxury 109-unit townhouse complex in Morgan Creek required a wide range of attention. Various wood surfaces (shingles, trim, siding) and design elements (posts and beams) were brought back to life with fresh paint enabling the property to shine again. At the owner’s request, this inspected commercial painting project was completed over three phases in 2018, 2019 & 2020.

The new sealant around the windows along with fresh coat of paint on all wood trim added another level of protection for the buildings, and provided peace of mind for the owners.
