This interior design upgrade project helped modernize a beautifully maintained building in the Tsawwassen area. Carpet tiles were installed and the walls, ceilings and trim were all repainted. The hands-on ownership group are very impressed with both the workmanship and client service offered by our amazing Remdal crews. They even booked their exterior painting with us shortly afterwards.

The owners at Gemini in South Surrey wanted to revitalize the interior of their two, 4-level buildings that are home to 80 luxury townhouse units. A fresh coat of paint on all common hallways and wood trim delivered exactly what strata needed. They were so pleased with our performance on this project that they asked us to return to paint the exterior as well.

This interior design upgrade project was more than a year in planning but once approved, the results were exceptional. New carpet tile installation, full interior repaint of common hallways, modern wallpaper on feature walls, new light fixtures and much more across 20+ floors of this False Creek high-rise. The original lobby was fully renovated and transformed into a beautiful, modern & functional design for the owners. The majority of this project took place over 4 winter months and owners were very impressed with the excellent client service and results delivered by our professional Remdal crews.

Despite being relatively new buildings, abnormally high wear and tear meant their common areas felt tired and dull. The 135-unit strata decided to spruce up the walls and trims and two fresh coats of paint and this certainly helped rejuvenate their building’s interior.

This was an amazing interior design upgrade project across multiple buildings, which was much more than a simple painting job. Carpet tiles, door hardware, lighting, and trim were also modernized. Completed over just a few short months, the 151 owners have gained a renewed pride of ownership from the refreshed look and feel of their buildings’ interiors.

This interior design upgrade project took a couple of years to plan, but the fantastic results were worth the wait! Old wallpaper was replaced with a new, modern wallcovering over 40+ floors of this Coal Harbour high-rise. The original flooring was removed, and new carpet tiles were installed. The strata of this 6-year old apartment complex had a similar challenge as many buildings with rentals face – beaten up walls, baseboards and trims. It was a simple project, repainting all of the common areas, but council was very pleased with result and the crew was given 10 out 10 on the post job survey.
Scope of Work:
Your strata and commercial painting contract comes with a two-year labour and materials warranty. We’ll provide you with a certificate once your project is finished, but your warranty is more than a piece of paper. It’s our promise to stand behind our workmanship.
Because we take pride in our workmanship, we don’t just wait for you to call. Instead, we take the initiative to contact you before the warranty expires (typically the second spring after substantial completion) and schedule a Warranty Review of your project.
One of our representatives will conduct a careful inspection of your property, to review the work we completed and make sure it is standing the test of time. If we discover issues – and from time to time, we do – you can rest assured that we will return to address them in a timely manner.
This proactive warranty is another factor that makes Remdal unique for your project.
