This beautiful tower in Vancouver’s False Creek selected Remdal to perform various envelope repairs and remediation. In addition to repainting the exterior and applying urethane membrane to the eyebrows, fireplace vents were re-coated, improved hood vents were installed, and Nyalic was applied to the metal window frames. Also, sealants around the window premieres were replaced and new sealant was installed in control joint reveals to stop water ingress at these locations. The building is now significantly better protected than it was before, providing new life to an aging building and allowing it to shine again.

This interior design upgrade project was more than a year in planning but once approved, the results were exceptional. New carpet tile installation, full interior repaint of common hallways, modern wallpaper on feature walls, new light fixtures and much more across 20+ floors of this False Creek high-rise. The original lobby was fully renovated and transformed into a beautiful, modern & functional design for the owners. The majority of this project took place over 4 winter months and owners were very impressed with the excellent client service and results delivered by our professional Remdal crews.

This was an amazing interior design upgrade project across multiple buildings, which was much more than a simple painting job. Carpet tiles, door hardware, lighting, and trim were also modernized. Standing proudly at the corner of Seymour and Davie, these two contemporary towers totaling 420 strata units went through an extensive building envelope remediation as per engineer’s specifications. New elastomeric coating with urethane sealant on control joints added protection to the entire structure and provided peace of mind for owners.

This early 1980s mid-rise located in the Arbutus-Ridge neighbourhood presented many exterior challenges, from its paint, to sealants, and right up to the roof. Thanks to a complete exterior remediation project, the owners of this 12-story building can now fully enjoy its amenities and also rest assured that their property values are protected.

This luxurious condominium complex offers elegance in peaceful and natural surroundings. In 2017, it received a building exterior facelift. It was repainted in its original colours along with targeted repairs to the building envelope. This West Vancouver strata painting project prolonged its lifespan and allowed residents to enjoy not only the magnificent view, but also a healthier living space.

Built in the early 1900s, Strathmore Lodge is one of the oldest apartment buildings in Vancouver’s historic & eclectic West End. Ownership invested in a heritage restoration project that included exterior painting, concrete repair, metal replacement, lead paint abatement precautions, and window sealant replacement. The ‘before’ pictures show many areas where the weight of previous paint layers was causing peeling and bubbling. The Remdal team worked closely with ownership and building management to renew the exterior coatings on this beautiful, old building with fantastic results.
