One of Vancouver’s more distinctive landmarks is now known as Woodwards W32. The original portion of the building was constructed in 1903 for the Woodward’s Department Store. This mixed-use building required significant concrete repairs and urethane membrane application with challenging access rigging. Remdal worked with a broad team of stakeholders including engineers, municipal authorities, affordable housing representatives, commercial and strata management in order to execute this two year endeavor.
