The strata owners of this two-building Richmond property selected Remdal to address a variety of building exterior issues. They partnered with Remdal and a local painting inspection consultant to complete urethane membrane application on the balcony slab edges and eyebrows as well as a full building repaint and various other targeted items. The result is quite amazing and much to the owners delight, the building really does look new again.

The Remdal employees were a pleasure to deal with & adhered to all our stringent safety policies.
