This beautiful tower in Vancouver’s False Creek selected Remdal to perform various envelope repairs and remediation. In addition to repainting the exterior and applying urethane membrane to the eyebrows, fireplace vents were re-coated, improved hood vents were installed, and Nyalic was applied to the metal window frames. Also, sealants around the window premieres were replaced and new sealant was installed in control joint reveals to stop water ingress at these locations. The building is now significantly better protected than it was before, providing new life to an aging building and allowing it to shine again.
