The layout and building design of the complex required special attention to detail to ensure the project went smoothly with a beautiful final result. Various wood surfaces (siding & trim), design elements (trellis & pergolas), and the clubhouse exterior were properly prepared and re-coated, allowing owners to continue to enjoy their beautiful landscaping and garden areas.
