What a difference between before and after photos! This high-rise residential tower in Richmond faced several exterior maintenance challenges: balcony membrane re-coating, re-painting of the concrete vertical wall surfaces, EIFS, soffits, metal railings & awnings. Plus, sealants re & re, metal re-painting, EIFS repair, building cleaning and more. The building envelope remediation was overseen by a local engineering company with owners & council being very thankful that their building is refreshed and looking great again.
