Located near St. Paul’s hospital in downtown Vancouver, this 9 storey concrete building went through an extensive building envelope remediation per engineer’s specifications due. New ECI coating with urethane sealant added strength to this 30+ year old structure, providing peace of mind to the professionals and patients visiting the facility on a regular basis.
