This tenant improvement commercial lobby renovation included replacement of veneer wall panels with Bodaq Architectural Film, commercial interior painting, metal service door & trim repainting, as well as painting parkade foyers and loading bays. The commercial building owner wanted to refresh the building entry points for this higher-end, professional office building in the Vancouver Westside’s Broadway corridor. Our Remdal crews were able to perform most of the work after hours and on weekend shifts minimizing tenant disruption. Client was very happy and has since scheduled several more areas for renovation & repair.
