This 66-unit, housing co-op townhouse complex in Vancouver’s Champlain Heights, underwent a dramatic renewal. Their owners chose a wood tone accent colour for the upper gable shakes which provides an impactful modern appearance. And they selected a bold, bright red for the community amenity building. The co-op group, and even neighbouring properties, are very impressed with the final result.
