The owners of this beautiful Kitsilano rental apartment building invested in this commercial exterior painting project to help recapture it’s gorgeous curb appeal. The photos show the street view from before and the bright, new appearance upon completion.

This commercial retail property needed to address its exterior walls as well as various metal awnings and sections of corrugated metal. Since it’s home to a number of different businesses, the crew took care to accommodate surrounding business and minimize disruption. The project was successful and the client has since requested proposals for several other properties.

This bustling shopping center is home to nearly 20 familiar brand name stores. As part of its regular exterior maintenance plan it needed to be re-painted without disrupting the surrounding businesses. The metal structures also presented access and foot traffic challenges. The project went very well and the client was so impressed that they have since asked us to help them on various other projects.

The owners of this squash, badminton and fitness facility requested a long-lasting solution for their squash courts. The two-component epoxy applied on the walls added a strong protective layer helping minimize wear and tear. Members are again enjoying their facility’s refreshed amenities and will be able to do so happily for years to come.

Over the pre-planned two-year timeline, our crew organized their work to maximize efficiency and avoid interruptions to the busy loading docks. The owner of this commercial property had several concerns about the exterior elements – various walls, doors and a canopy. The original blue and beige combination was revitalized with two fresh coats of paint bringing back the lost beauty of the building. The owner was so pleased with the final result that we have already been invited to paint other buildings in the same park.

The owners of this commercial & retail building in Walnut Grove asked us to re-paint their building including various metal architectural features. Our crew worked through the project efficiently with minimal disruption to the various tenants. Moving forward the finished surfaces will stand up well against the elements. The revitalized concrete surface with its black trim offers an exceptional contrast and the overall colour scheme provides a clean, professional, first impression for any visitors.

ESC Automation owns their buildings and asked us to match the exterior of their properties with their corporate colours – red, black, and gray. The bold design stands out in the industrial office area and delivers on their vision for an exclusive and unique look.
