Each strata painting project is accompanied by a Remdal foreman on-site, ensuring that the process is managed carefully to achieve the best possible result. It will quickly be clear to you that we take great pride in our service. All painting projects, including strata painting projects, come with our two-year labour and materials warranty. Once the job is completed, you’ll receive a certificate of completion. Our approach to client relationships is proactive, and we’ll check in with you to ensure the work has stood the test of time.
We schedule a Warranty Review of the project, usually during the second spring after substantial completion. Our goal is for the quality to last, so a representative will carefully inspect your property to ensure that it does.

This two-tower interior design upgrade project in Burnaby near Lougheed Mall delivered outstanding results to 500+ owners in this large strata. Original carpets were replaced with carpet tiles, vinyl plank flooring was installed in various common areas, fresh paint was applied in bold, modern colours, plus the lobby areas were updated in amazing fashion. In addition, the multi-purpose common areas in each tower were also renovated. With the size and scope of this project, there were numerous challenges to overcome. Yet, the foremen, crew, and project managers professionally guided the project to the finish line and our clients were exceptionally happy with their final results.
Scope of Work:
Although Jewel is still a relatively new building, the exterior of this 28-storey luxury tower in Metrotown needed care and attention. By completing a thorough building remediation project, many elements were revitalized protecting the building’s health and value for years to come. The scope of work was determined and overseen by engineers and the various repairs and renewals were performed by Remdal. The team took great care and attention to ensure balcony railings and other nearby areas were well protected and that there were minimal disruptions to the strata owners.

Two attractive industrial buildings were no longer looking their best due to their aged exterior. The full repainting project helped renew the beauty of the design features and highlight the unique architecture.

This contemporary 27-storey high-rise near Brentwood mall was repainted in its original colours along with targeted repairs to the building envelope. Strata’s decision to properly maintain their exterior surfaces will prolong its life and allow residents to continue to enjoy their beautiful living space.

This jaw-dropping lobby renovation was completed in partnership with strata council’s interior designer: Interiors Defined. The beautiful & modern re-design included acoustic wall panel installation, wallpaper removal, lighting retrofit, custom furniture, tile replacement, and interior painting. Our talented Remdal crews were able to perform the work needed, on time and on budget. Both the strata clients and the interior design partner were extremely satisfied resulting in major projects being considered moving forward.

Central Place needed maintenance and care for its aging interior commercial office space. While colours remained the same, the upgrade enhanced its property value and made it more attractive to their tenants.
