Our employee-based crews are highly skilled and dedicated to delivering the excellence that defines Remdal. On every strata painting project, a Remdal foreman will be on-site to ensure the process is executed smoothly and results in the highest quality finish. Unlike seasonal workers, our professional painters are the backbone of our team, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
It will quickly become apparent that we take immense pride in our service. All painting projects, including strata painting projects, come with a two-year labour and materials warranty. After completing the job, you’ll receive a certificate of completion. Our relationship with you is proactive; we will check in to ensure that the work has held up over time.
We also schedule a Warranty Review of the project, typically during the second spring after substantial completion. We want our quality to last, so one of our representatives will carefully inspect your property to ensure that it meets our high standards.

We revived this modern townhouse complex in Langley’s Willoughby neighbourhood, fully cleaning the exterior (including the vinyl siding) and repainting all wood substrates. The owners opted to have an independent painting inspector oversee the project. Our hardworking crew persevered through challenging weather conditions to complete this complicated project with excellence.

This exterior trim & fascia painting project was divided into phases for the strata of these 152 townhomes. They also chose to include their entry and garage doors to truly complete their painting refresh. The combination of a non-disruptive process and quality finished product were exactly what this strata needed for their peace of mind.

This three-level, 50-unit townhouse complex – which overlooks Whatcom Road in Abbotsford – was due for trim and fascia repainting. We started by performing targeted wood repairs, to make sure we were painting sound substrates. The owners were extremely happy with all aspects of the project, particularly noting the on-site crew’s amazing attention to detail and superior work ethic. As a result, the property’s colour palette has been restored to like-new vibrancy.

This was an extensive exterior painting project for this four-level, 85-unit apartment complex in the heart of Langley. There were various access challenges that needed to be overcome, but the final result speaks for itself – gorgeous!

The owners of this 43-unit apartment building in Langley had been stuck with the original stucco color for almost 40 years. Strata’s decision to change from pink-beige to modern grays transformed the building entirely. The difference between before and after is stunning.

This beautiful 169-unit townhouse complex in Coquitlam needed to repaint their exterior trim and architectural features. They initially considered phasing the project over multiple years, but in the end decided to complete everything in one go. (No small feat given the number of units!)
After a slow start to our spring (weather related), Remdal’s amazing crew worked quickly and efficiently to complete the project with excellence. Not only did we meet (and exceed) the client’s ambitious schedule, but their feedback at the end was overwhelmingly positive.
