It was time for this eleven-storey concrete apartment building in North Vancouver (Lower Lonsdale) to be cleaned and repainted. The owners kept a similar colour scheme but once renewed the building looks fresh, bright & fantastic. You can certainly tell the difference with the ‘before’ photos. The project was overseen by a local painting inspection consultant. Swing stage access also provided the opportunity to undertake necessary concrete repairs & sealant renewal in various areas. With the project complete, the owners can enjoy their beautiful waterfront location and spectacular views.
Scope of Work:
The owners of this 50-unit, three-storey townhouse complex in North Vancouver (Lonsdale) wanted to refresh their building exterior. The rich green complemented by the neutral coloured walls and trim create a beautiful, natural palette. This project was tendered by the MPDA, hired by council to prepare specifications and oversee the project. Our Remdal crew, in co-operation with council, took care to protect the extensive landscaping. In addition, extensive wood repairs and repainting were required on the original heritage building. The strata owners are impressed by the workmanship and Remdal’s adaptability throughout the project.
Scope of Work:
This 30-unit, three-storey, Manor style apartment building in North Vancouver (Lonsdale) presented several challenges. The aging wood shakes needed particular attention to ensure future beauty and protection. Metal railings, deck repairs, and various caulking (windows plus targeted areas) were all in the scope of work. The painting crew, in co-operation with council, took extra steps to protect the stunning landscaping. As the photos show, the property slopes away so safely accessing the hard-to-reach areas required thoughtful planning. The strata owners are very excited with how smoothly the project went and how beautiful their property looks now.

Remdal was introduced to this strata council client by their Interior designer: Interiors Defined. Our project team and crews successfully collaborated with their design team to deliver their ambitious vision for the project. Scroll through the completed photos to see the amazing results on the lobby renovation, mailbox area upgrades, carpet & tile replacement, repainting of common hallways & suite doors, lighting retrofit and much more. Then, review the before and during to see how magical the facelift and modernization really was for this aging building. Owners and residents alike can swell with pride as they welcome visitors through the entryway to their homes. Plus, their property values have surely increased along with overall curb appeal. The majority of this project took place over 4 winter months and owners were very impressed with the excellent client service and results delivered by our professional Remdal managers, foremen & crews.
Scope of Work:
It was time for this seven-storey concrete apartment building in North Vancouver (Lonsdale) to be repainted and an engineer was consulted to provide the scope of work. Then, the owners chose a lighter, brighter, & modern colour scheme which looks fantastic. The swing stage access also provided the opportunity to undertake necessary concrete repairs, stucco repairs, and sealant renewal in various areas. The deck tiles on the exposed penthouses were removed for installation of a waterproofing membrane system and a unique paver system. With the project complete, the owners can enjoy their beautiful building and spectacular views.

Despite being relatively new buildings, abnormally high wear and tear meant their common areas felt tired and dull. The 135-unit strata decided to spruce up the walls and trims and two fresh coats of paint and this certainly helped rejuvenate their building’s interior.

This luxurious condominium complex offers elegance in peaceful and natural surroundings. In 2017, it received a building exterior facelift. It was repainted in its original colours along with targeted repairs to the building envelope. This West Vancouver strata painting project prolonged its lifespan and allowed residents to enjoy not only the magnificent view, but also a healthier living space.

The owners of this 89-unit, a six-storey apartment building in North Vancouver (Lonsdale) embraced the opportunity to re-paint their building exterior. Their bold, contemporary colour selection makes a statement in a very good way. The project went very well with exceptional communication between the Remdal team and everyone involved. The strata expressed their overwhelming satisfaction with the workmanship and Remdal’s positive attitude and adaptability throughout the project.
